General Community Rules
- Private property for residents and guests only, anyone else will be prosecuted for trespassing.
NO discharging of any type of firearm or archery weapon on park property. No hunting of any kind is
allowed on park property.
Anyone operating a motorized vehicle must have a current, valid operator’s license.
THIS INCLUDES ALL GOLF CARTS.
All pets must be under complete control, no dogs are allowed to run free and you are responsible for picking
up and disposing of dog waste.
No children or minors allowed on piers without adult supervision. Parents are responsible for actions of minor
children.
No loud music or noise that becomes a nuisance to other residents allowed at any time. 11 p.m. is quiet time
for all residents in the park.
No abandoned unlicensed vehicles and/or boats and trailers are allowed on property.
No skateboarding allowed on any property belonging to Bush Park Mobile Home Park, Inc.
No open fires are allowed anywhere on the premises. Fire pits allowed with screens and must be watched at
all times while in use.
Grass must be kept cut and trash properly disposed of and not allowed to pile up on lot. Mobile homes are to
be kept in good condition structurally and visually.
Lessee is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all people who might be living with them in their mobile
home. Lessee is responsible for any problems or damage caused by their guests.
All major changes to lots or additions of other buildings must be approved in writing by the office and proper
permits gotten through the county/health department.
NO more than two vehicles are allowed in the parking area on the lot.
RENT MUST BE PAID ON TIME – 1 month late and you will get a termination notice. Rent is due on the first
of every month, we will not be giving additional notice, this is your responsibility.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ OVER THESE RULES VERY CAREFULLY, THE FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY
OF THESE CAN LEAD TO THE TERMINATION OF YOUR LEASE.
BE ADVISED: If a rule and/or lease directive is violated and/or breached tenant will be given notice of said
breach with so many days to take corrective action afterwards a fine of no more than $250 will be levied per
day until breach has been resolved.
Lease Agreement Information
